        EVERYBODY knows a hydrovac is something some scam artist is 
        tryin' to pass of as essential for LBC survival.

        Ya don't need one if you adjust you LBC for skim... calculated by
        multiplying the diameter of the earth figured in furlongs buy
        2.3742 (whitworth pi) plus 6.1 (if the moon is waxing) or
        minus 16,000.2341 if the moon is waning.
