TR6: Looking for Replacement Heater box fan

I finally got the heater box out from under the dash. I hope it goes
back in easier than it came out.  The fan blows very anemically, even in
the so called high speed setting, and sounds like a mix master to boot.
Has anyone replaced the fan with a higher output one?
