His local server has almost nothing to do with it. When you tell your Web
browser to take you to a remote URL, it is almost entirely between your
browser and the remote Web server. The only local reason for it to go bad
is if your local system's primary and secondary nameservers all fail at
the same time, which is highly unlikely. In that case your browser will
give you an "Unable to locate the server www.the-roadster-factory.com..."
message.
