TR4 glovebox rebuild

Has anybody got any words of wisdom in regards to re-building options for the
original cardboard gloveboxes.  In this case I could careless about
originality.  I'm considering using the original to make a fiberglass mold or
optionally constructing one out of wood.  I'm starting to find pieces of the
original on the floor.
