TR7 Info Needed

Hi everyone,
                Now that the drivetrain has been sorted out on my TR I need 
some help on
how to
improve the handiling of the car.Does anyone know of Good Quality Struts
and shocks that would work well on my car.Basically the entire suspension
needs going over so any helpful hints would be much appreciated.
