I had an exhaust manifold welded once and it worked really well. The
welder used nickel rod, and I presented the manifold to him already
bolted to the head so that it would stay aligned as he welded it. (It
was broken in two).
No problem, fast and cheap, ot much to lose; I'd go for it.

2) My exhaust manifold has a 2 in crack in it. Has anybody had any
success with a welded manifold?
