Hi Everyone,

My brake saga continues........used the speedbleeders and while they
appeared to work pretty well, I tightened everything up and still had a
mushy pedal. I must admit that this was my first time bleeding brakes
and I probably did not bleed enough fluid through the nipples. I'm gonna
do it again and I'll keep the list posted as to the speedbleeder's claim
of trouble free bleeding.

On a different note, Larry Scharff.......where are you. Did you sell
those wire wheels to someone else? If this is the case, I need the lists
collective wisdom......... My mother and sister are going to London in
the early part of December. There is a place in London called the TR
Shop that has a set of (4) Dunlop Painted wheels(60 spoke, 15" X 4.5")
plus hubs, knockoffs and nuts for 395 pounds(roughly $641US). This is an
awsome price considering what I've been quoted here in the states

Here's the thing....shipping will be about $180 and since I'm trying to
keep cost down, does anyone know if it is possible to have these puppies
treated like luggage and just have my mother baggage check them as
personable belongings? Also, does anyone have any idea what the Duty
charge would be for these.

I am pursuing all avenues here so ANY help would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Alan Camhi
