I also have a '73.  TRF sells an the complete lock assembly which
incules the switch with terminals not pigtails.  Vicky Brit also sold
the switch w/o pigtails, but that was about 5 years ago and it sort-of
fell apart after four years which is why I now have the TRF part. 
(Really not a dig at VB, it was the right price, about $10.00 at the
right time).  Also note some of the switches have five contacts, some
have only four.
