Surely  told you about this at stafford?? 

Basically the mounting holes went oval shaped a long time ago and the
dpo filled in the oval with weld gobs and then re-drilled them.
Eventually the holes re-ovalled so much so thatthe vertical link
couldn't handle and went 'pop' in protest. this happened as sod's law
might dictate while I was late getting to work any way! when i heard
the initial bump and scraping noise i thought my new exhaust had fallen
off (mounted rather low and has suffered a few scrapes!!).

Interestingly as i finished the last mail on wonky wishbones i left the
comp room with Sasha she drove off and the front right wheel 'fell' off
her talbot!! Another case of failing V-links!
