Thanks to everyone for all the replies to my question. Above is the
winner that best described my problem. Congrats to Nick. Yes I was
putting the seals in backwards, and yes I had not removed the original
seal because they to were in backwards. I had been wondering for months
how someone was suppose to get the inner bearing removed.
Now with everything installed correctly the new rotors line up nicely
with the rebuild calipers, and the wheels spin very nicely.
