Okay, let me get this right, the old cars are exempt from smog checks.
So, if they're not going to check, how will they know that it's " not
altered nor modified from the original manufacturer's specifications"? I
can see Eric Idle in that old Python skit..."Unmodified? Nudge, nudge,
wink wink, Say no more!"
Actually, I'd rather see an allowance for electronic ignitions, which
will always run cleaner than the old "flint and spark" systems.
