I've a header on my Spit. To tell you the truth, unless you're going for
serious HP, get a manifold from an older Spitfire. You'll get a decent
flowing manifold, and you don't have to worry about leaky, poorly fitting
joints between the header and tailpipe that don't fit between the tranny and
frame rails.
