RE: 77 Spit Hazard Switch

Reference hazard circuits......... re-assembling my 77 Spit.......hazard 
flasher works fine....parking lights work, but no signal lights.   The wiring 
diagram says I should have two flasher relays for a 77.  I can only find one 
and since I feel it working with hazards, I believe it to be the one for the 
hazard.  This diagram doesn't show my electric pumper for w/s cleaning fluid 
either.
