Hah! I remember rebuilding the master cylinder on my 69 GT6+ in 1970 and
discovering to my horror that I needed a 1/2" allen wrench! Found one at a
auto tool supply store. The 69 is long gone but I've had that allen wrench in
my tool box for 26 years and never used it until I bought my 1970 GT6+. First
year I had it the master cylinder leaked and ruined my freshly cleaned and
painted scuttle! I got the rebuild kit and remebered the nut. I frantically
searched my tools for the wrench and there it was! Hah, I
panicked.....worried that my ex might have gotten custody of the wrench.

Anyway, this is a common sized wrench and it is also available as a socket
with allen insert. See Sears Craftsman tool department or your local auto
parts store.

Good luck, and don't throw the wrench away, trust me you'll be needing it
again!
