Call a good hydraulic shop and ask about their making custom brake
lines. Should only take a call or two to find one. Ask them for a
ballpark estimate so you know it, then walk in with the old lines in
hand and they can make you up a new set of custom ones on the spot.
I've done this a few times myself, and have been quite pleased with it.
