BOB: dont worry about the failed starter drive as we are down to asbout
20 units & we dont plan on making more as the tooling is worn out.We
originaly made 900 pcs & only had 4 failures usually because of some mating
part being worn
About the Judson, well it was sort of a busted flush, the power increase
delivered over the fricton loses & other significant losses was very small &
we dropped the Idea
as being impratical.Relative to the engine you are planning,if it is a
street only car,I dont see any problem with 87MM + .040 but I feel the liners
would be too thin for racing. The overbore on 87MM liners seems to leave you
with liners prone to crack.
we should have a supply of extra thic wall TR liners very soon which would
be more practical.Any further questions give me a call at 818-443-0939
