TR3 Radiator Removal

I took the front cowl off my TR3 today and went to remove the radiator.
The bottom 2 9/16" bolts are almost totally hidden and no matter what
wrench or position I used I could not get a grip on them.  Does anyone
know a trick for getting these loose?
