These port-a-walls fit around your rim. They are not glued or stick on. You
break
the tire bead down and put the prt-a-walls on. When you pump the tire back up
the port-a-wall then is held by the rim and fits around the side of the tire.

Wasn't there a big lawsuit somewhere about these stick-on

I remember seeing this recently in my library. (aka, my
