Hello all,
Just a quick question regarding sealant when installing new gaskets and
hoses. Is there anything that needs to be applied to the mating surfaces
to maintain a good leakproof seal for both gaskets and hoses?
I seem to remember my father using something called "Permatex". Any help
on this matter? Thanks.
I know this is just another of my "should already know questions" and
alot of you are probably saying to yourselves, "what is he doing owning
one of these LBC's if he has to ask the group these basic
questions?"...................... I apologise for this and future
questions and ask the group for alot of understanding. Remember, you
have crawl before you can walk and if memory serves, someone taught us
how to walk. Thanks again.
