Attachments Was: Re: Diff Noise - Gears?

I don't remember who the other person was that attached a "rich text"
to their mail, but please don't do this. Not all mail reader's are
created equal, and not everyone can read your questions. People
have attached Microsoft Word, etc, and I know that besides increasing
the size of the mail, it is a pain.
