Hi Richard,
I suggest exchanging the complete unit. There should be a local auto parts
store that has one. Auto Zone & Advance Auto offer a life time guaranteed
unit for a reasonable price here. NAPA also has a replacement. It might be
a
"we can have one in the store tomorrow" type deal, but quicker than getting
yours re-built. It can be the last time you buy a starter for this car.
