If anyone in the SF bay area has an extra set of Spitfire wheels they
would like to part with please let me know. My new tires arrived today
and I'd like to mount them on something other than my curent wheels. I
would love a set of Panasports, but that's just not in the budget for
this weekend. Please help me get the "herald racer" out on course. TIA.

John - I'm in SoCal and have a set of 5 original Spitfire steel wheels
(painted red) and they are yours for free if you want to pick them up. All
have bald tires on them, but are straight and not rusted. Do you have a
friend or relative down here who wants to visit you Friday or Saturday and
who doesn't mind making a stop in Orange County?
