Advice: Specify a maximum number of hours/or updates. Without some
maximums such a deal could keep you working even if you did not need any TR
parts that month.. Clarity is the best defence from dispute.
> he, in return will provide me with any missing parts at no charge
>plus any new/replacement parts at cost.
Advice: specify some dollar amounts (maybe from the Victoria British
Catalog as a standard) in your written aggrement. That way everyone will
know what to exspect or what could happen. It might save you some
disputes in the future.

Maybe I don't understand, but, you will never get back the time or the money
that you spend on such a project in time or money returned. It is a
investment in aggrevation, sweat and frustration. You get enjoyment and
satisfaction. Your money is gone.
