It looks to me like you have hit upon the same Condition classes
as the Price Guide itself;

New or NOS = your #0
#1  Good as new or excellent restored
    thru
#6  Parts, very used, may be salvageable
    to
Scrap or reference for replacement


Many listings in Hemmings use these condition numbers, BTW.
So, rather than an exercise in futility, I's call it a case of
convergent evolution.  8-)
