Start off by unbolting the top of the shock adsorber (hopefully the
bolts won't be too frozen on -- I had to cut the shock piston on my
parts car because the bolts were in such bad shape). Then place a jack
under the bottom of the shock adsorber (to take up the force of the
spring). Now unbolt the six bolts holding the spring pan in place and
slowly lower the jack (be careful, the spring has a lot of stored
energy) to remove the spring, shock and spring pan. Now use a tie rod
removal tool to remove the tie rod from the steering arm. Everything
else pretty much just unbolts after that. To remove the lower A-arms
you will probably first need to remove their mounting brakets by
unbolting them from frame mounting bracket -- the nuts are on the back
side of the bracket.
