weber carbs

Hello people,
 Does anyone know who tunes weber carbs in NorthEast Pennsylvania ?
I just got a new side draft for a 78 spitfire and the mechanic who
installed it didn't get it right.
 I live in Bradford county,about 70 miles north east of scranton, just
on the pa/ny border. Any mechanics in new york state, near Binghamton,
Watkins Glen (I see triumphs race there in SCCA) ?
