You're more civil then I am. I'd have laughed in his face, peed on is
shoes, and gone elsewhere.

Yea a sagging spring will give you negative camber, which isn't a bad
thing particulary. Especially on the back end of a swing axle car.
Worse thing it does is make you a bit unstable a higher speeds. But not
too much, especially the rear. Which still doesn't address the reason
for the differences between your two rear wheels. That's something
else, something this dip failed to find. Oh, negative camber doesn't
cause problems with setting up suspensions btw.

Sway bar bushings eh? I'd have asked him which ones, just to see how
deep he digs himself in. Perhaps they are bad (only ones there are in
the center btw). Cost you about $15 to get a set of nice urithane
units. Installation time would be about 20 minutes. Don't know why
this guy thinks you can't do an alignment with bad swaybar bushings.
Doesn't matter for an alignment.

Ball joints are bad eh? Quite possible. Really wonder about the lower
trunions though. They die a whole lot faster then the ball joints. In
any case, ball joints are about $70 each, and pretty easy for you to
install. A pickle fork and a big hammer take care of the tapered pin,
and two bolts hold it to the arm. Pretty easy job. You can get a lower
trunion rebuild kit (sans bells and whistles) for $10.

Guess my opinions of this guys work is pretty clear now eh? Shop
elsewhere, and warn people away from this rip off clown.
