I ran into the same problem in December with a lack of response from them
via E-Mail. I worked with Dick for several weeks fine tuning a $400 order
and when it came time to get the final pricing I couln't get him to respond
to my E-mails. Eventually, I sent the order to TRF and sent a a mesage to
Dick appraising him that he just lost the order. He was understanding about
losing the order, promising better E-Mail service in the future. You may
try calling him once. Remind him of losing my order, maybe he will take the
E-Mail more seriously.
