TRF newsletter - for postal trackers

     Hi All -
     
     For those of you tracking our postal system - at least one newsletter 
     made it to the West Coast - I got mine in Redondo Beach yesterday.
     
     Re the "Car Club" - I noted that it was referred to as a 
     "scheme"....interesting..... ;^)
