TR3 Carb Rebuild

I am rebuilding the carbs on my TR3.  The kit from TRF has 2 large fiber
washers that are close to the same size.  The larger one fits my float
bowl but the other one is a little smaller.  Does anyone know what it is
for?  Was there another size float bowl and they give you a washer for
the other size also?
