Forget that last post - found my loose wire and a discrepency in the Bently wiring diagram for 75-76 year cars to boot. How come after hours of dismantling dash, wires, heater hoses, etc etc etc - that when the wire is found (in plain view under the bonnet) a quick shake brings everything back to life????? I will chalk this up to a ceremonial sacrifice to Lucas aka "Prince of Darkness" JoeSimcoe |
