Triumph Newsgroup???

Has anyone looked into creating a newgroup instead of using this mail 
digest method?  Newsgroups are much more convenient and would accomplish 
the same thing as this digest much more effieciently.  We would get 
postings immediately rather than in a huge once a day mail post after the 
editor has compiled it.
