Cecil; I would say unless you are real comfortable doing major body work and a pretty good welder, farm it out. I've never done the work myself but have had it done to three different TR 2/3s. The old pans have to be cut out carefully leaving enough metal to attach the new ones in. Unless you're lucky there will be corrosion in adjoining sheet metal requiring repair also.
