mike, i am not sure about the emission laws where you are but with the new E.P.A.laws that go into effect here in Va. as well as many other states in 1997 they can literally confiscate your car for altering the emissions.Almost all of va. will be under strict E.P.A. emission laws effective 11/1/97. |
