Someone else wanted the paint code for the '74 dark red colour, its Carmine,
look up the number in TRF's catalog. If you don't have them, get them ASAP.
For some reason I double post everything to triumphs@autox.team.net, I
haven't taken the time to figure this out, didn't happen earlier, doesn't
happen to ANY other address... Sorry, if anyone has a clue, I'll try it.
1. Laurel Green is a dark green with a blue tint, I think it would be
a beautiful colour for a TR6. I've NEVER seen one at a show in this
colour. I own a rust bucket in this colour, be glad to send you a
clipping of the sheet metal. This car was shipped to Hawaii.
2. I have heard of Moss's seat belts for the TR6, Serion? brand working
well. I've also heard of Mazda ones being used. I suspect there is
a match that will work perfectly, but have been unable to find this
info. The OEM seatbelts are all rotten and the "catches" aren't
trustworthy at this point in time so this info MUST be somewhere???
ANYONE know, ANYONE listening?????
Look under the rear wheelwell, I seem to remember the shoulder harness
support being there on my cars with lap belts, remind me to check, the
'70 is sitting in the garage. If this isn't there, I'm not certain
what you could bolt to that would take this force.
