Surely the oil plugs in the end of the oil galleys unscrew with an allen wrench? Otherwise, do they fit like freeze plugs? The only other way i could think they woiuld screw in is if they had a square head like rear brake adjustment screws or trany oil filer plugs. If none of the above apply, you might want to drilled them out, then tap the end of the galley and use an allen head plug.
