Kenneth
I am also rebuilding my engine. The guy I am getting my cam from said
that he has a mid-grade cam that will work fine for me. I shaved the head 0.010
and going to stay stock on the bore. Also I will port the intake to get a better
air-fuel mixture. This is my first Triumph engine rebuild on my own. Also I am
going to stay stock on the rocer arms for budget sake.

Subject: TR 250 Cam and Rocker Upgrage
I'm in the process having the head rebuilt for my 1968 TR250 and am wonder if I
should upgrade the cam. I don't plan on racing but do enjoy spirited driving
around the country roads. If I do upgrade am I just opening up a can of worms
with idling, timing, emissions (Calif. car) problems etc. Also is it worth the
money installing roller rockers. I would like to do it once and do it right.
Thanks,
