Indexing plugs is a good idea for those who have done everything else
possible to squeeze out every last bit of energy from their engine. If you
haven't improved carburetion, compression ratio, cam profile, spark
intensity, and exhaust scavenging, plug indexing won't give you spit (note
small "s") Plug indexing is used by racers and autocrossers looking for that
last bit of performance. For street or even moderate performance increase
look elsewhere.
