I think TR-3 fuel pumps are the same as TR-4's, when I dissassembled my fuel
pump after 20 years in "storage", I found a very fine brass screen over the
sediment bowl.  The screen was all clogged up and wouldn't let any gas
through.  After I spent some time on it with solvent and a toothbrrush it
worked a lot better.  Good luck,
