Relax...
There is no way a virus can be propagated via reading a mail message.
Any past claims to the contrary have turned out to be a hoax. You have
to actually *execute* something you have loaded onto your computer in
order for the possibility of infection to exist (note that execute may
refer to a standalone binary file - a program if you will - or a file
which needs to be run by another program - such as a MS Word document
with a macro attached, the macro is the part which could pollute your
computer, not reading the document).
