| Hey all, Has anyone used a Permatex material called "The Right Stuff" from a pressure can as the sole gasket on the oil pan? It's a heavy, black material and is expensive($15 for the can). I was told to smear it on the pan gasket surface and around the bolt holes, let it sit a few minutes, and bolt on. No other gasket is needed. Any experience with this? Thanks, Neil 76 TR 6(jacked up and ready for a new pan gasket) |
