I would suspect your oil pump. Cold pressure is not a good indicator of
oil pump efficiency, because of the huge effect oil viscosity has on
pressure. For instance, my TR3A indicates 75# when cold and drops to 40#
when hot (yes, it's due for an overhaul!!!). I would take out the pump
and check rotor end float and radial clearances, per the manual.
