I got a rack & pinion for my 250 and after I cleaned it up and put it back 
together the pinion is tight and I can't turn it with my fingers.Is this 
normal? I put grease in it and I read in another manual that calls for 
oil.Whitch do I use?Need help in NC.

        P.S. The rack came out of a wreaked 250 that was hit in the back.
