I've just re-read the above, Oh my Gawd' what a load of drivvel, I obviously
didn't proof read it before sending  :-)

So what your trying to say is, I welded that 2 inch block of steel into the
middle of my new spring  for nothing Eh!!! :-)

Good point, now that you mention it, they always look high at the back (the
short shaft models that is), although whether that is because the wheels sit so
far under the arches I don't know, although from behind they do look a bit
weird(Mk IV model onwards that is), although that is only my personnal opinion,
anyway, I can't talk, I'm the idiot who's first Spitfire came with a long AND a
short drive shaft :-)  Didn't even notice until I stripped the thing down.  :-)
