Don't bother looking for a fuse - 'cause it isn't a fused circuit.
Could be:
1) ignition switch (check for voltage to the solenoid when turning the
switch to "start")
2) bad wiring between switch and solenoid (check continuity with ohm-meter)
3) bad solenoid (if not (1) or (2)
