With a 0.88 OD (isn't that the standard reduction?) then the OD 4th on a 4.1:1 comes out to 3.61:1. That's only about 2.5% taller than 3.7:1 direct. I thought the OD cars were geared taller than that for more relaxed cruising. Maybe I have the OD reduction wrong. Peter Barrance |
