I did this recently and can tell you that no tools you presently have will
help. This job will test your patience like no other. The only advice I can
give is keep the bushings warm and pliable and use a bit of glycerine or
silicone. They must be put in place with the shaft in them and how the
factory did this is beyond me. Good luck.
