I am looking for a project car for me and my 15 year old son for a complete
frame-to-top, all-systems restoration. Here is what I am looking for.
V -> Very important.
SD -> Strongly desired.
D -> Desired but not essential.
1. 1960 - 1975
a. Triumph Spitfire (1st choice)
b. TR3,4,5 or6 (2nd choice)
c. Possibly an MGB
2. (V) Little or no body or frame damage or rust
3. (D) Prefer running car.
4. (SD) All parts be present (whether functioning properly or not)
5. (SD) Reasonable price since this is for a complete restoration.
(An unreasonably low price would be acceptable :-) )
6. (D) Reasonable distance from Dallas Texas. I would note here that a
reasonable
distance could be quite a long way for the right car/price.
