Dear Charles, and to everyone on the lists:
I'd like to write to let Charles and everyone else know that I agree
wholheartedly with the above. Over the past 8 to 10 years, I have bought
thousands of dollars of parts for my TR3 restoration. I have seen some
growing pains during that time, and some policy changes I wasn't necessarily
crazy about. But TRF has ALWAYS been fair, concerned about its customers,
quality minded, commited to the production of parts not available from any
other source, and the most knowledgeable supplier. I have sometime seen
prices lower om certain goods, and lower quality goods available from other
suppliers, but I have always bought from TRF if at all possible, to support
the company that cared the most about the cars and their owners, in a very
competetive environment. I am very grateful to Charles and TRF.
