The saga comntinues...
While Replacing all the rotten cooling hoses the other weekend, I decided to
also replace the expansion tubing. Big mistake...In the process, I managed to
snap the lead tube off the radiator filler neck. It is now wedged in place and
partially sealed with some plumbers sealent.
Can anybody tell me what is involved in fixing this properly, thereby fixing
the vacuum effect that no longer exists.

P.S. I can recommend Morgan & Jefferies Carb-shop, off Deansgate in Manchester.
They just did a good job on my carbs. They are expensive, but I will use them
again.
